The firm’s customers can have paper-thin strips of laundry detergent, in recyclable cardboard packaging, delivered to their door. The strips dissolve and lather when added to water, addressing one of the world’s most pressing challenges: reducing plastic waste. Tru Earth Eco-Strips are certified as biodegradable, hypoallergenic and vegan to protect customers, water resources and the environment. The BV judging panel applauds this simple solution and presents Tru Earth with the 2021 award for Best ESG Start-up (Canada).
