ONLINE aggregator Flummox has secured $13m in an external fundraising round led by Fasanara Capital. The Swiss start-up targets Amazon and Shopify merchants with high ratings and annual sales under $1m for acquisition. It invests the resources to scale brands into sustainable direct-to-consumer operations within 18 to 24 months. Brand owners keep a stake in the company, and Flummox drives improvements to create attractive exit opportunities.
